    • Make sure you’re editing your outline for what contests your promoting and what’s relevant to your group.

    • Prep for Sunday mtg: PC Outline

Getting Ready For Deliveries: - If your org needs to “Get organized”, Get books ordered etc., use 🔴 Week 10 Deliveries Outline! 🔴 Week 10 Deliveries Link & Get Ready for Deliveries — Southwestern Advantage Force

    OL Checklist

    • Saturday night: - FY Version of Outline

      • Prep best FYs/Bs (that are your future SLs) to run 1st half of mtg. Again, some of your orgs are on different schedules, so adjust this outline accordingly (like if you didn’t promote IWW last week because your org starts it this week, then you can play the Mort clip etc)

      • Have your SLs done an inventory check to redistribute their extra books to those who need them?  This tells them exactly how to calculate that https://www.southwesternadvantageforce.com/olportalpredeliveries

    • Check in with your DSLs on Contests going on! Sizzler weekly averages!, New Logon addition to Sizzler Qualifications, IWW, IWW Dinner with Dave, and more!

    • ASK BACK/COMMIT the SLs you want to work with next year. Also a couple more FYs. Always have them Digital EDAs with you there that day so it actually gets done.

    • Go back to doing coaching calls EVERY NIGHT these next couple weeks.

    OLs Delivery prep:

    • If you didn’t fill in the delivery chart online for EVERY person in your org, do that Sunday as they arrive (READ the 1st page from last week’s Sunday outline notes to OLs )

      • EVERY person entered on the chart?

      • Early Leaver deliveries delegated?

      • Walkers have a car/driver set up?

    • Are everyone's deliveries organized? If this didn’t get done last Sunday, ask them to stay very focused, no hanging out until they’re done.

    • DID YOU HAVE EVERYONE WHO HAS GOTTEN BOOK SHIPMENTS DO AN INVENTORY CHECK?? Does anyone need more books transferred to them for this week's projected sales and deliveries? Those selling Standard and Ironman summers can make sure FYs have enough for deliveries.

    • The warehouse is out of JIW and Atlases; redistribute the extras you have to those who are selling them.

  • OL Bring: The energy! Prepped for convos on Delivery Schedule (if necessary), prepped FYs to run the beginning of the meeting & Contests to Promote (IWW, Sizzler, etc.)

Supplies Person Brings:  Restock Supplies & Index Cards

  • Reminders:

    • Digital EDAs

    • Maintenance stuff to have your SLs  help with:

      • 1) check people’s ROS; if they have customers in yellow with payments bounced, they need to be taught asap how to call them today, Sunday, to get payments rescheduled

      • 2) Remittances: everyone needs remittances >70% to be able to order books when necessary! If someone has a lot more $ collected than remitted, they might be padding.  Banker do an audit…

      • 3) territory to work for this 3rd phase of the summer

Interview/commit/celebrate your Experienced SLs for the 2026 leadership team along with FYs as they EARN it. You can have them fill out the Veterans Leadership Team rec form in Leadership Selection Resources beforehand if you’d like some help with the conversation.

Make sure you’re prepared and on top of promotions! IWW, Sizzler Contests, etc. - Ask your DSL what you’re promoting this week!

OLs Delivery prep: (just stay on top of this - every org is different)

    • If you didn’t fill in the delivery chart online for EVERY person in your org (it’s a tab in your org’s Specifics googlesheet), do that Sunday as they arrive (READ the 1st page from last week’s Sunday outline notes to OLs )

  • Have FYs fill out the PC Outline

    Quick Student Leader Meeting

    • Thank SLs. How can WE finish strong? Share ideas about how to have healthy fun as an HQ! At breakfast, take turns reading a Og Mandino scroll each morning; org What’sApp poppin’?

    • Everyone gets fast PCs today. What do these next 6 days look like to finish with no regrets? Follow up throughout the week with whomever you PC.

    • OL: look at the best week in demos, sits, hours; ask SLs at their mtg, then FYs at their mtg, to each pick a # to beat. Our BEST week in effort and attitude ahead.

  • Google Doc Version - You can make a copy and edit for your org & add speakers!

Theme: SL appreciation, IWW in habits—why and how to finish strong, Organize deliveries!

    • FYs lead Recognition & Execs, SL appreciation, Leadership team Q&A, why finish strong

    TURN OVER TO SLs

    • Any other technical training your org needs…

      • *Sometimes at this point in the summer, we can get annoyed with Mrs. Jones…we’ve heard that objection 200 times, blah blah blah.  Remember it’s HER first time to meet you.  Always be respectful (no “having fun” at someone else's expense, cuz that’s really not fun)...discuss ideas

      • Best Weeks & Contest Winners prepare some “advanced sales” - make sure it’s very technical. Can focus on Back the Basics, or specific things they say in their intro, how do they do their price build up? How do they do their summary? How do they sell it as a system?

    • If your org didn’t go step-by-step together through organizing deliveries last Sunday, do it now! There are drop downs available on Top Rookie Tools Navigation (see google doc version for picture) for Pre Deliveries, Delivery School, and Reminders during Delivery Week.

    • Go to 3. Map out your deliveries. HAVE THEM GO AROUND THE ROOM AND READ EACH POINT, pause to DO IT together.  Allow for Q&A. Then GO THROUGH THE 4. Send Delivery text to Clients steps together and set a couple customers up.  Again, allow for Q&A.

      • Even your group that’s selling longer can organize their few deliveries today; the texts they schedule will go out to customers  5 days before the delivery date.

      • Final points:

        • Deliver as many of this week’s customers on-the-spot as possible. Schedule any others (like the very weak customers you should NOT deliver on-the-spot) for 1 day (e.g. their last day of deliveries)

        • Urgency to stay focused today and get it done today BEFORE they go play.

        • REACH OUT TO YOUR YELLOW CLIENTS WITH PAYMENT ISSUES NOOOOW Bounced Payments & Handing Yellows in ROS - while you’re organizing deliveries. Call and send the 1st text.  If you don’t reach them, you can try calling again this evening.

    Lunch

    • Brief, direct PCs. Most people just need to be appreciated and have fun in the morning on the education field, and be lighthearted during the day.

    • CALL YELLOWS IN ROS - Bounced Payments & Handing Yellows in ROS

    • Everyone finishes organizing deliveries.  Don’t distract the ones that aren’t done! Maybe have a “work area” and a “play area” so dealers that are still working on deliveries can stay focused.

    • For orgs NOT organizing deliveries: Optional fun/bonding activity

Close (by 1PM / 2PM at the latest)

    • Recognize Leadership Team (including those who got selected in other orgs that your org knows):

      • Experienced SLs that will be anchoring next year; New SLs selected!!! Why were they selected/what they add to the org.  Let them share why they’re thrilled to be part of the Leadership Team 2026! Explain that all are chosen by the end of check-in…so ask questions now, get parents blessing or whatever you need, and most of all make great choices when you’re alone so you can ask for a spot on the team…everyone earns the trust in themselves to lead.

    • ASK org to have their best week yet in effort and attitude Share best #s for org in each stat; a call to beat it by one personally. We will have our best week in work stats and fun--and probably production—of the summer!!!  Tie your confidence to your effort & attitude!!!

    • Last Breakfast Coaching of the summer is in your folder to help you finish strong as an HQ!

    • IWW!!

      • If they still have the IWW index card they wrote last week about how they DO and do NOT want to feel at the Awards Banquet, review it every day and each morning. If it’s gone (or you didn’t have your org write them last week), write another NOW BEFORE THEY LEAVE. Could write it on the Man In the Glass

    • Promote other Contests - IWW Dinner at Dave’s, is it a Redemption week?, Sizzler, etc.

    • Strong emotional close (read the Man in the Glass or watch the video played in SS. However your summer has gone, finish the race with honor!!!—not carried off on a stretcher on Tuesday. ☺
