OL Pre Delivery

Resources

  1. Review the Pre Delivery Resources available to you. This is what you’ll use with your FYs/SLs. You can find all the FY/SL Pre-Deliveries Resources on the “TOP ROOKIE TOOLS” Drop down. If you hover on “Top Rookie Tools” there will be options to go to the main page, pre-deliveries page, delivery school, etc.

  2. Make sure you have a good gauge on books ALREADY on the field - See this spreadsheet from Melanie on books already ordered and books. See example below. You’ll see Units Reported vs. Units already ordered and a total for your org. Note, this doesn’t have specific titles. You can work with your DSL to know what titles are a surplus or short within your org. I’ll post update here if there’s a report for titles by org.

 

3. Make sure to review this Delivery Chart, Delivery Stats, and Inventory Tracker. - See spreadsheet here. Dynasty has always used this spreadsheet to organize, and it’s been very helpful.

When looking at the 🔴 Delivery Chart 🔴, you can help each person in your org have a schedule that WORKS and is EFFICIENT and helps them get the most out of the last part of their summer. You need to do this for everyone so you know when they’re delivering, when they need their books, when they’ll be heading to Nashville, etc.

Couple things to take into consideration & keep in mind:

  1. Early leaver deliveries. Please be on top of these. Who is doing them? Which days?

  2. Cars needed for walkers? / SL to help? Solution made?

  3. SLs can sell a couple extra days if they have time.

  4. If questions on any of this, talk to your DSL.
