Walkers have a car/driver set up?
ASK BACK/COMMIT the SLs you want to work with next year. Also a couple more FYs. Always have them fill out Digital EDA with you there that day so it actually gets done. This link shows whose EDAs have and have not been turned in EDA Tracker 2025
Make stat call schedule: Bs and/or capable FYs get new role to “live into”
Is your delivery school hotel booked? If not, have the CFO set it up. Room with a projector/screen to play video.
Reminders:
Maintenance stuff to have your SLs help with:
1) check people’s ROS; if they have customers in yellow with payments bounced, they need to be taught asap how to call them today, Sunday, to get payments rescheduled
2) Remittances: everyone needs remittances >70% to be able to order books when necessary! If someone has a lot more $ collected than remitted, they might be padding. Banker do an audit…
3) territory to work for this 3rd phase of the summer
Interview/commit/celebrate your Experienced SLs for the 2026 leadership team along with FYs as they EARN it. You can have them fill out the Veterans Leadership Team rec form in Leadership Selection Resources beforehand if you’d like some help with the conversation.
Make sure you’re prepared and on top of promotions! IWW, Sizzler Contests, etc. - Ask your DSL what you’re promoting this week!
-
Have FYs fill out the PC Outline
Thank SLs. How can WE finish strong?
Everyone gets fast PCs today. What did they write on their IWW index card? Follow up throughout the week with whomever you PC.
OL: look at the org’s best week in average demos, sits, hours; ask SLs at their mtg, then FYs at their mtg, to each pick a # to beat. Our BEST week in effort and attitude ahead.
Paint a vision for your SLs stay locked in, best weeks, everyone on sizzler.
Get % of SWAD customers for each person and make a goal to show more each day to increase their SWAD customers % by x.
-
Google Doc Version - You can make a copy and edit for your org & add speakers!
Theme: IWW in habits—why and how to finish strong. Change the close; delivering on-the-spot
Recognition & Execs; Recognize big Saturdays–we always finish strong! Recognize new Sizzler winners, TOC winners (if your group is doing that), any other contests you have going on.
We’re going into IWW weeks
Watch Mort Tom Courtney IWW video
Org discussion: Why finish strong?!! (e.g. our brains can drift, distracted by home… We can’t come back and do the bookfield!! 2 weeks left to be HERE!!)
Don’t write yourself off!! The story’s not over!
IWW examples from your org, they can share why & how they did it.
Optional training ideas…
Have a couple people doing well share about their focus, how they have fun or stay present with people
Serve families with the SYSTEM, Make sure every client you deliver on-the-spot is logged on since you don’t have another shot with them.
Have top subscriber share what’s working.
LEAD, CED, or FBL cool facts and how to serve families with it…
(if not covered last week) Changing close for this time of the summer, how to deliver on-the-spot and show family how to use SWad
Share SWAD % success stories and how everyone can get more SWAD customers and increase package size! Choose to show to EVERYONE, show to families with 3rd on up, or show to everyone after 5PM.
Teach Dissatisfaction Points
Delivery Prep
Resources to help you plan deliveries (have everyone open the link Get Ready for Deliveries — Southwestern Advantage Force):
Have everyone open the page, and read aloud with your org.
On “2. Order your Books”
Have them order books right NOW as a group, answer any questions. Then move on together…
If all FYs in your org are getting all their books transferred to them so not ordering any, then teach instead how to go to “add new product order” to accurately calculate how many books they’ll want to transfer.
On “3. Map out your deliveries, 4. DELIVERY TEXT, “5. Receiving your shipment”
Read aloud, do an example together, & Allow for Q&A.
Final points:
EVERYONE (except walkers) keep books on hand. Deliver as many of this week’s customers on-the-spot as possible. Schedule any others (like the very weak customers you should NOT deliver on-the-spot) for 1 day (e.g. their last day of deliveries)
Don’t take time to mess with organizing deliveries during the week!!!! Urgency to stay focused today and get it done today BEFORE they go play.
REACH OUT TO YOUR YELLOW CLIENTS WITH PAYMENT ISSUES NOOOOW while you’re organizing deliveries. Call and send the 1st text. If you don’t reach them, you can try calling again this evening.
Lunch
Everyone organizes deliveries except those selling 14+ weeks (they can do more quick PCs). And REACH OUT TO YOUR YELLOW CLIENTS in ROS. Transfer books
PCs “How can YOU get on Sizzler” - set goals for each person because everyone will be on sizzler! Look at SWAD % of customers, set goals to increase percent. Who to show to etc. Brief, direct PCs. Most people just need to be appreciated and have fun in the morning on the bookfield, be lighthearted during the day.
Close the meeting
Remind them if they’re not done organizing deliveries, don’t touch it until next Sunday. They’ll have plenty of time to finish it then.
Recognize Leadership Team: experienced SLs that will be anchoring next year; New SLs selected!!! Why were they selected/what they add to the org. Let them share why they’re thrilled to be part of the Leadership Team 2026! Explain that all are chosen by the end of check-in…so ask questions now, get parents blessing or whatever you need, and most of all make great choices when you’re alone so you can ask for a spot on the team and WANT it; everyone earns the trust in themselves to lead.
2025 podcast & clips on Advanced Sales Shorts (on Top Rookie Tools and Home Page of Team Hub) - listen to in the AM!
ASK org to have their best week yet in effort and attitude Share best #s for org in each stat; a call to beat it by one personally. Dynasty will have its best week in work stats and fun--and probably production—of the summer!!! Tie your confidence to your effort & attitude!!!
Simple, fun promotion for IWW! & Sizzler Contests!
