    • If it is DAD’S WEEK Promotion - go to Dad’s Week Outline Here - then come back to this for the next week.

    • Overview Outline - Google Doc Version - You can make a copy and edit for your org & add speakers!

      1. Go through the outline and decide how much time you are allotting for each part, who will cover it.

      2. Prep them tonight; share notes from this outline with whomever is teaching the part.

    • Correct & Accurate Stats!

      • You or COO text your org to please GO THROUGH THEIR EGC and E-BAR AND CORRECT ANY INCORRECT/MISSING STATS TONIGHT (this includes YOU as the OL)!!! All company-wide statistics are pulled from eBAR (not from the google sheet stats), plus canvassing charts next year need correct stats. Also check host family address/phone#/email.

      • Accurate Weekly totals sheet and make sure everything is totally correct.  THIS MUST BE DONE BY 7AM EST SUNDAY OR YOUR ORG WILL NOT GET RECOGNIZED.

      • TEXT RAU your ORG GOOD NEWS (just those with highest stats/customers/units, SL best weeks).

    • Prep for Sunday mtg: PC Outline, Does Banker know what to buy/bring? Execs person know to shorten execs? PCs assigned?  If you didn’t read the OL notes last week, go back and read those to know about Ultimatum/intervention conversations, your focus now etc.

  • OL Bring: The energy!

    Supplies Person Brings:  Restock Supplies

What’s going to help your org this week?

Idea: If you didn’t do this last week, have top FYs start delivering on the spot:

    • Have the group of FYs with 20+ customers and 75+% remitted meet over lunch for 20 minutes to learn how to deliver on the spot. Teach them the same process SLs were taught in SS: 1) mention it in the buying atmosphere 2) how to change the close 3) don’t leave books with anyone who didn’t pay at least 33% down TODAY 4) how to do a quick, good demo of the product 5) they must stay on top of their payment plans every Sunday

    • Have them transfer a case of each kids book and a couple sets of SWad from a SL that has plenty of books. Unlike during deliveries when people do transfer, they DO need to be charged shipping with these transfers since the SL will have to order more books later to replace what was transferred.

  • SL Meeting

    • Turn in $$ for Meeting Room

    • Good News: Org and Company-wide

    • Appreciate them for their hard work!

    Teach Advanced Sales:

    • Increasing Productivity:

      • How to average 20 Sit Down Demonstrations/day

      • Give tips on having effective Saturdays

      • Discuss how to get more demos everyday (Earlier start/ later stop times, quick no’s, door demos, trial closing questions)

    • Overall Sales Improvement: (Ask Leaders to think about these ideas)

      • What are your personal goals?  Are you writing them down?  Crystallizing them?

      • Who are you competing with?  Do they know?

      • Who are you staying accountable to?  How often do you talk?

      • What Audios are you listening to?  Ask someone to Vox you what's working for them. Relisten! What books are you reading in the morning at breakfast?

      • Are you making it a priority to finish strong every day?

      • Have books on hand to deliver.  (Place your order on Adv4dealers, manage account, online ordering, add product order)

      • Deep Dive into Apps (Do they know what to show on Homer, Skwids, Advantage4Kids, etc?)

    Ways to Help Rookies Improve:

    • Share top Contenders List in the Pacesetter and highlight where they are in it

    • Start talking about Sizzler

    • Call/Vox top rookies in other organizations

    • Competition!  Set them up between headquarters or top FYs

    • How to hold EXCELLENT Personal Conferences:

      • Read through PC Outline completely before meeting with each FY & Ask them to fill it out ahead of time

      • Shut up and Listen!  Seriously.  Recognize them for what they’re doing right.  Don’t criticize.

      • Look through their maps/sales rabbit, etc and suggest what they can improve upon

      • Confront any issues with care (possible off -schedule, bad attitude, etc)

      • Give them one thing to work on for the following week.

    • Prep/ Coach SLs for FY Meeting: Assign parts/ PCs:

      • Remind SLs how important this week’s Personal Conferences are

      • Use PC Outline - Here

    • Appreciate/ Encourage them

Week 4 - Entire Org Meeting

Theme: We do a GREAT thing: BUST loose and BLESS people!

Welcome, Execs & Recognition: (20 minutes)

    • Music, cheering tunnel, energy! - Great execs (make it short, powerful, effective) * Hours/ Demos/ Sits/ Custos/ UNITS (first week recognizing units) $$ Collected/ High Remitters/ Low Expenses/ Log Ons/ Best Day on Saturday

    • Talk about why your org is the best and representing via the company-wide good news and on Pacesetters etc.

    Teach:

    Why it’s Worth It:

    • You are becoming stronger each day

    • You are developing skills today you will use for the rest of your life

    • You are becoming an emotional giant

    • You are learning how to ask questions

    • You are facing your fears every single day

    • You are learning how to persist and keep going even when you may not want to at times (Being an adult)

    Getting Technical with THE DEMO:

    • How to give great Demonstrations; and a lot of them

    • People who are doing the best are usually giving more demos than anyone else

    • How to get 5-7 Demos every single goal period

    • Make it a game to get over 30 Demos a day

    • Top SLs share additional ideas on how they’re making their demos come alive: New ways to ask Q, show section, trial close.

Getting Technical with CLOSING/DEALING WITH DOUBTS:

    • Relax and close confidently

    • Take the pressure off of Mrs. Jones when you close by having a great Buying Atmosphere.  Say: “Mrs. Jones- If you like them, go ahead and get them, and if not, feel free to tell me “NO”.  She’ll feel way more open-minded from the start.

    • Use names to deal with doubts… for example: “What Jan loved about it was that even though the school offers tools to help the kids with homework, these were much more comprehensive and even helped her, too.”

    • Have top SLs demonstrate how to deal with doubts:

      • I can’t afford it

      • I have to discuss it with my husband

      • Do I have to tell you today/ how long are you going to be in the area?

      • We have the internet and all the books we need

Dealing with Bounced Payments & Yellows - Teach - Bounced payments/ Yellow Alerts; how to cleanup your ROS

    • Go through the handout. At this point in the summer, some people are probably familiar and using it and some haven’t even looked at it. This week TEACH it so they can get into the details and not be scared to call! Again, usually it’s an honest mistake and Mrs. Jones is stoked about her products!

HQ Pow Wow Sync: Get each HQ together and do a sync - How’s it going?

    • Use the Habits Checklist as a guide to morning and evening habits and how they can help each other.

    • What’s going well?

    • Better if…?

    Additional FY Advanced Sales Ideas

    • What are some affirmations the group is using to stay motivated?

      • Teach the group 1-2 affirmations to say between doors
