WEEK 12

💡 Theme: IWW & Empower FYs! - Delivery Attention

- Sunday Call Schedule with Mark - Click Here

  • OLs, most orgs are helping first years wrap up and doing Delivery School at this point. There are many people doing Ironman Summers and Renegades. Use these general recommendations below on your summer from here on out.

Note: If you need delivery school resources, find them on the Top Rookie Tools drop down.

General Recommendation for your people selling 14-16 weeks:

    • Meet together on Sundays to stay checked in and help each other.

    • This Sunday you probably have more to sort out plus roommates that might be delivering/selling a partial week. But then the next couple Sundays can be literally a 30 meeting and then doing something fun together (avoid stuff where they’ll get sunburns and fatigued!).  Still have them leave the activity by 1:00 PM to get home and rejuvenated for the week.

    • PCs and stat calls (could do breakfast stat calls instead of nighttime, whatever y’all prefer) still help people stay checked in too!

    • Make sure everyone has a good roommate/turf situation.

    • This week if their roommates are leaving partway into the week, they might be living alone just the 2nd half of the week.  Schedule and pump up calls in the morning to stay plugged in!  Those who are running out of turf move in with those that have plenty and a good HQ situation.  Fine to do an Airbnb for 3-4 weeks if there’s an area a couple SLs want to go work.

    Saturday Night:

    • Have everyone do an inventory check. Does anyone delivering need something transferred to them?

    • If a SL has way more of something than what they’re going to need in the next 4 weeks, they should transfer to someone on the field who could use it (charge shipping) or send it back to Nashville with someone who has space (do NOT charge shipping) so that SL doesn’t have to rent a Uhaul in 4 weeks to get extra inventory back.

    • If you know someone is going to move HQs/territory this Sunday, they can go ahead and pack up their stuff and bring it with them so they can move right after the meeting.

  • OL Bring: Be organized at this point in the summer. LOTS OF PROMOTION! We have SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES for people to win sizzer, finish strong, rally and unite!

Supplies Person Brings:  Delivery School Materials? Bring full sets of books, delivery box, make sure you’re SHOWING them what deliveries will look like.

    OL Resources

Top Rookie Tools - Team Hub

  • Sunday Meeting Time Overview (You can adjust for your org’s drive time.)

    • 8:30 AM - (or earlier) OL, COO & CFO arrive and get ready for meeting.

    • 8:59 AM - Everyone else has arrived

    • 9:10 AM - Optional Spiritual Time Out

    • 9:40 AM - SL Meeting (while FYs fill out PC sheet and/or watch a video)

    • 10:15 AM - Recognition followed by Org Meeting

      • If you’re doing delivery school this will be a LONGER meeting. Take your time for the people who are delivering, it’s important it’s focused and ran well.

    • 11:45 PM - Lunch & PCs

    • 1:00 PM - Close & Head Home!

  • Reminders:

Interview/commit/celebrate your Experienced SLs for the 2026 leadership team along with FYs as they EARN it. You can have them fill out the Veterans Leadership Team rec form in Leadership Selection Resources beforehand if you’d like some help with the conversation.

Make sure you’re prepared and on top of promotions! IWW, Sizzler Contests, etc.

OLs Delivery prep: (just stay on top of this - every org is different)

    • If you didn’t fill in the delivery chart online for EVERY person in your org (it’s a tab in your org’s Specifics googlesheet), do that Sunday as they arrive (READ the 1st page from last week’s Sunday outline notes to OLs )

      • EVERY person entered on the chart?

      • Early Leaver deliveries delegated?

      • Walkers have a car/driver set up?

    • Are everyone's deliveries organized? If this didn’t get done last Sunday, ask them to stay very focused, no hanging out until they’re done.

    • DID YOU HAVE EVERYONE WHO HAS GOTTEN BOOK SHIPMENTS DO AN INVENTORY CHECK?? Does anyone need more books transferred to them for this week's projected sales and deliveries? Those selling Standard and Ironman summers can make sure FYs have enough for deliveries.

    • The warehouse is out of JIW and Atlases; redistribute the extras you have to those who are selling them.

  • Have FYs fill out the PC Outline

    Quick Student Leader Meeting

    • Thank SLs. How can WE finish strong? Share ideas about how to have healthy fun as an HQ! At breakfast, take turns reading a Og Mandino scroll each morning; org What’sApp poppin’?

    • Everyone gets fast PCs today. What do these next 6 days look like to finish with no regrets? Follow up throughout the week with whomever you PC.

  • Optional Spiritual Time Out

    Execs & Recognition

    • SWAD customers, logs, LEAD etc., Best Weeks etc.

    • Quick meeting - This is for people continuing the next 4 weeks!

      • Talk together about how to have your next 4 weeks together be great:

        • Treat it like a fresh 4-week summer: what’s your goal? Why does it matter?

        • Schedule is still out lifeline; especially keep morning & nighttime routine tight (pop out of bed at 6:59, still go bed by 11pm). Still protect Sunday reset time, get groceries etc.

        • What are the fun things we’d like to EARN getting to do these next couple of Sundays?

      • Any technical training ideas to teach/share?

      • Contests: Pay attention to new contests coming out. Keep in mind you can ask your DSL for a contest that you know would stretch you and keep you focused. :)

    • Do ROS Cleanup and figure out where each person is working the next 4 weeks, any territory change needed.

    •  Send everyone home early to get settled in their new situations.
