  • Overview Outline - Google Doc Version - You can make a copy and edit for your org & add speakers!

    • Go through the outline and decide how much time you are allotting for each part, who will cover it. 

    • Prep them tonight; share notes from this outline with whomever is teaching the part.

    Correct & Accurate Stats! 

    • You or COO text your org to please GO THROUGH THEIR EGC and E-BAR AND CORRECT ANY INCORRECT/MISSING STATS TONIGHT (this includes YOU as the OL)!!! All company-wide statistics are pulled from eBAR (not from the google sheet stats), plus canvassing charts next year need correct stats. Also check host family address/phone#/email. 

    • Accurate Weekly totals sheet and make sure everything is totally correct.  THIS MUST BE DONE BY 7AM EST SUNDAY OR YOUR ORG WILL NOT GET RECOGNIZED.

    • TEXT RAU your ORG GOOD NEWS (just those with highest stats/customers/units, SL best weeks).

    • Prep for Sunday mtg: PC Outline, Does Banker know what to buy/bring? Execs person know to shorten execs? PCs assigned?  If you didn’t read the OL notes last week, go back and read those to know about Ultimatum/intervention conversations, your focus now etc.

    Who will you have a conversation with about the leadership team?

  • OL Bring: The energy!

    Supplies Person Brings:  Restock Supplies

    CFO Buys: Snacks!

    Top Rookie Tools - Team Hub

  • Sunday Meeting Time Overview (You can adjust for your org’s drive time.)

    • 8:30 AM - (or earlier) OL, COO & CFO arrive and get ready for meeting.

    • 8:59 AM - Everyone else has arrived

    • 9:10 AM - Optional Spiritual Time Out

    • 9:40 AM - SL Meeting (while FYs fill out PC sheet and/or watch a video)

    • 10:15 AM - Recognition followed by Org Meeting

    • 11:45 PM - Lunch & PCs

    • 1:00 PM - Close & Head Home!

 
  • Make sure everything is prepped for SL and FY meetings.

    • Which Leaders need to PC one on one?  Pair up Student Leaders during SL meeting and help each other improve.  Have a few action points to discuss to avoid a puke session. 

    • Discuss any problem areas/ Good News 

    • Who is being considered for the leadership team? - See Leadership Selection Resources

      • Set up the Future: if you have 1-2 FYs who are super stable, disciplined, positive, consistently producing…go ahead and interview them for the 2025 leadership team. Sets the bar high for our Leadership Team.  Also (especially if you don’t have any FYs who are SL candidates yet), pull aside your best 2-3 candidates 1-on-1 and encourage them to EARN a spot on the Leadership Team over the next few weeks by leading themselves well. Start recommitting your experienced SLs you want for next year or ask to also EARN it.

    • Good News: Org and Company-wide

    • Appreciate them for their hard work! 

    • SL Personal Conference pair up.  (This should be organized by OL/AOL-who is paired with who, and 3-4 areas to discuss).

      • Some good points to discuss: (Should last around 30 minutes)

        • What went right this week?

        • What areas could you have improved this week?

        • How is your HQ?

        • What is the most frustrating part of the last few weeks?

        • Just listen to each other

    • Additional SL Advanced Sales Ideas: (choose 1 or more of these as a teaching part for the week with leaders)

      • Write a Mid-way through the summer mission statement as a leadership team

      • Watch a motivational video

      • Listen to a motivational Audio

    • Appreciate/ Encourage them

    Entire Org Meeting: Make it short and impactful! Big promotion on your contest (pie in the eye, mom’s week, whatever it is for your DSL group) 

    • Welcome, Execs, Recognition (recognize winners from contests) Good News, Share Pony stories from the week

    • Teach: Technical & Emotional

      • Tech: Emotional Close

        • (Student Leader with the highest closing % should discuss how they use an emotional close)

          • Use customer names during the close

          • Like Jenny and I were discussing... Kids are observant. They see parents buy games, sports equipment, toys, clothes. Her feeling was that what the parents buy for their kids teaches them what the family values. She wanted to teach them that their education is just as important as anything else.”

          • Ask positive Questions

      • Emotional:Seven Steps to Confidence:Have the top leader or OL/ AOL teach

    • Additional FY Advanced Sales Ideas:

      • Go around the room and ask how you might deal with these situations:

        • “But I’m a teacher.”

        • “My kids are straight As/ Honors etc.”

        • “We have the internet.  Nobody uses books.”

    • (OL/AOL) Appreciate your FYs/ SLs:

    Lunch, PCs & Activity: Close by 1PM so everyone has time at home. 

    Close Meeting (OL)

    • Share statistics/ Organizational Trends and what the group is improving on - Promote Breakfast Coaching 

    • What’s the new promotion this week? 

    • Show a motivational YouTube video or read an inspiring article to the group

    • Promote vision of Org

    2. Review your student leader growth report. Who can you celebrate? Who can you encourage and coach
