Week 3 Sunday Meeting: Graduation
OL Prep/Reminders:
Remind students of meeting location, time, and theme (Graduation)
Bring paperwork, Selling 101, change of clothes, tablets, checkbook, maps, etc.
Graduation certificates, black trash bags, telescopic pens for winners
Prepare call and follow schedules
Gather good news to share
Remind supplies person to bring white cards for selling
Refreshments/snacks for meeting
Ensure HQ changes are made if needed
OL Meeting Focus: Graduation!
Celebrate making it through the hardest weeks of summer
Address any problem areas and share good news
SL Meeting (OL):
Display stats on board; discuss any issues privately if SLs are hesitant
Promote high remittance (85%-90% should be the goal)
Teach:
Improve as a leadership team: Get in front of more families, 3 sit-downs per goal period, focus on customers, organize Saturday call-backs, keep expenses low, and remit!
Help rookies: Check their stats, make sure they're filling out Sales Rabbit and goal cards properly, track remittances, and ‘adopt’ a rookie.
Advanced Sales Ideas for SLs:
Share tips for getting 40+ customers, maintaining focus, and improving sales approaches.
Prep/Coach SLs for FY Meeting:
Remind SLs about the importance of Personal Conferences (PCs)
Prepare Graduation materials (certificates, trash bags)
Use PC Outline for coaching
FY Meeting (AOL holds):
Welcome: Be enthusiastic! Music, cheering tunnel, and passport stamps
Recognition: Celebrate stats, hours, demos, sits, customers, $$ collected, remittances, best day on Saturday, and low expenses
Graduation Ceremony:
Hand out trash bags (poke holes for head and arms)
Cue “Graduation Song” and announce each rookie for their certificate
Teach:
Pass out name and grade cards, demonstrate usage during sales
Explain Close and Payment Procedures, show the Payment Options slick, and remind of strong/weak orders.
Additional FY Advanced Sales Ideas:
Utilize FB page, visual names list, social marketing in Selling 101, and give cards to everyone!
Appreciation (OL/AOL):
Remind that the first 3 weeks are the toughest, training is over, and it’s time to step it up!
Lunch with Group:
Choose a quick activity (e.g., park, bowling, lake) under 2 hours
Personal Coaching Sessions:
Use PC Outline to guide conversations
Announcements (OL):
Share upcoming week’s themes and prizes
Promote the organizational vision and improvement
Close Meeting (OL):
Share organizational stats and trends
