Pre-Summer
Pre Summer - you can use the OL Playbook for all things pre-selling! We’ve done our best to link things where you need them when you need them so the process of being an OL is as streamlined as possible.
Once we get into the summer ALL your OL resources will be in the Team Hub OL Portal. The only reason you’d use ClickUp is to view a roster of people in your org and their contact info and anything else you’d want to track for them.

Turf Set Up - Helping to offset the costs
Max eligible $500 for the first 5 people in the summer org, then $50 per any additional member – for ex, summer org of 10 people = $500 + 5×$50 = $750 (Max eligible if 100% HQs)
In order to get paid for HQs set up, you MUST email your DSL + salessupport each evening AND enter your stats into ClickUp (in your org folder). Watch the video for more information.
