    1. The more TIME you invest now in getting your org up and running the LESS TIME you’ll need to take later on. Do things the right way and run your org like a well oiled machine - it will pay off in weeks to come. Prep your people SATURDAY night, and give a lot of time, instruction, and attention to what you want them to do - remember to ask for their help; empower them. They’ll learn quickly!

  3. Set your Leadership Team up for Success! - All info on COO, CFO, etc.

    1. Make sure your COO cross references e-goal card with EBAR to make sure all numbers are accurate.

    5. Do you need to plan ahead and book any hotels for the coming weeks?

    6. CFO - Are you collecting $ for the meeting tomorrow? Are you making sure your FYs and SLs are entering their expenses?

    7. Coordinate with Supply Person - To have supplies on hand for restocking - Tracker for them & Supply Person Reminders - send them these docs to make sure they have them and are keeping great records!

    8. Verify HQs have submitted stats & ROS are updated - via HQ Captain.

  4. Plan PC Schedule 👥

    1. Have FYs complete PC Outline (below)

    2. Give SLs their PC Coaching Tips

  8. Does anyone need an HQ change? - (due to early leavers or dysfunctional HQs)

  9. Who needs a serious conversation (Off Track Intervention - PCs, Stat Calls or Off Track FYs Ultimatum Conversation)
